Lunch with the Pastor	Use form to sign up to attend our next Lunch with the Pastor. It is an informal lunch, which we offer every few months, immediately following service. You'll have a chance to learn more about who we are at The River, what our mission is, what we believe, and why. Plus, you can any question ranging from faith to involvement in The River.
Prayer Request	Use this form to submit a prayer request or praise report to the prayer team. Can be submitted anonymously. All prayer/praise requests are kept completely confidential
Request for Sunday Bulletin or Enewsletter	Announcements that will be featured in Sunday Bulletin and or e-newsletter (Announcements are due at least 1 week prior to announcement date requested)
Safe Sanctuary Application	This form is to be completed for all employees/volunteers serving in specific ministries relating to children, youth and/or care.
ServeFest 2012 - February 18th (9am-4pm)	Please fill out the below form if you would like to participate in at the YMCA day camp location for ServeFest 2012. Families are encouraged to participate together and children are welcome (you will be responsible for your own childcare). Please fill out the appropriate number of adults, youth, and children and provide contact information.
SHAPE Class	SHAPE is your opportunity to learn more about your spiritual giftings, talents, and abilities and how you can use those to plug into ministry in and outside The River. SHAPE is typically offered once a quarter, depending upon demand, and runs 4 consecutive Sunday evenings.
